Okay, here's the skinny: i'm sitting there having drinks with some folks and we're talking about friendster®. Then someone asks: "Have you ever been on a date with someone through friendster®?" And someone says "Yes, I have." Then someone else says "I have, too." And all of a sudden we're listening to some of the oddest and funniest blind date stories I've heard in a while. So we figured there needed to be a space for this stuff. And so here we are. If you're going to share a story, first names only please. The object here isn't to embarass one another - the object here is to make us laugh, cry, and ultimately emphathize with everything you've been through b/c whether it's trendy social software or a good old fashioned set-up, blind dates are always worth a punchline or two.
